Embroidery has been at the heart of Sea Design from the start. It gives crew uniforms a smart, textured look that holds its shape and colour wash after wash, from polos and shirts to caps, towels and guest gifts.
How it works
Artwork digitised
Your logo is converted into a stitch file, planning every stitch, direction and density.
Threads matched
We choose thread colours to match your yacht's branding as closely as possible.
Stitched in our workshop
Each piece is embroidered on our own machines.
Finished and checked
Backing is trimmed, loose threads removed and every item checked before it leaves us.

Sending artwork
- Vector files are best: PDF, AI, EPS or SVG
- Otherwise a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG
- Let us know the size, position and any thread colour references
- Very fine lines and tiny text may need simplifying to stitch cleanly

Epaulettes, crests and finishing touches
Beyond logos, we embroider the details that complete a uniform: epaulettes for officers and crew, yacht names, crests and personalised names. All made to match the rest of your wardrobe.
