Returns policy

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving them.

What can be returned

• Unworn, unused items in new condition
• In their original packaging, with any labels attached
• Within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, exchange or store credit

What can't be returned

• Personalised items, such as anything embroidered, printed or otherwise branded for you
• Made-to-order and custom items, including non-stock items ordered specifically for you
• Items showing signs of wear, or not in their original packaging

These exclusions don't apply if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll put it right.

How to return an item

Email shop@sea-design.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll confirm the next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and aren't refunded, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
