What artwork is needed for the different processes?

Embroidery

We work with .dst or .emb embroidery  file formats although we may be able to convert other embroidery formats.

An image or a vector drawing requires to be digitised to the  .dst or .emb format.

DTG - Direct To Garment printing

To be able to print in the best resolution and image such as .jpg, .png or .tiff should be, at a minimum, 300 dpi in the actual size of print.

To give you and idea if your image is good enough, an A4 size print should be at a minimum approx. 2Mb.

A vector drawing can be enlarged and we will adjust the size in-house.

Vinyl application

To be able to cut the vinyl to the desired shape a vector drawing is required. Should your artwork not be in vector a converted version will be necessary.

Note - Artwork with smaller details are not suited for this process.

Sublimation
